looking for advice

newmom808 - 05:15pm Oct 3, 2008 EST

This is the first time I've ever posted...My daughter was born at 32 weeks and just came home at 36 weeks which we are so happy about. The doctors though have told us that basically we can't take her anywhere in public because of the concern of RSV. I'm willing to do anything for my baby, but the thought of being stuck at home (and pumping!) for the next 6 months is freaking me out, especially with the cold weather coming. What have other moms done in this situation, and were there still places you took your baby to that were ok?

Oh man, Rotovirus?!? My daughter had that within her first year post NICU and it sent us back to the hospital too. Nasty bug...
