Abigail's Mom (29 weeks, 3/21/05)

Jackie-HOpe your flight went well. I hope all you ladies have a great time at SU.

My orthodontia cost my parents a ton and I think that we better start saving for Abigail. She chipped her front tooth before it even came in... I don't think that bodes well for us.

I am at home waiting for the plumber. Oh, happy day.

Good morning ladies.

Tracy~It also happen to me, we didnīt have change with my DH so my son got the equivalent of $15, after that he hoped to receive that kind of money. Also the other time I woke up in middle of the night and remember the tooth, so I put money but since my DH was aslepp I didnīt told him, and then he woke up, saw me asleep and tought I have forgot so he rush to put money, so my son ended with lot of money (I canīt beleive he didnīt saw the money I put). But anyway I donīt understand why my son wants money he keeps it all day long in his pocket, then in his moneybox, and forget about it Sometimes he have borrow me money, but he is always reminding me that I own him, and asking when I am going to pay him back, he is worst than a bank.

Jenn~Hope things are going fine on your side, you were great inspiration for me in my last pregnancy, and the girls look fab, they sure will be heart breakers.

Jackie~I donīt like to run, I prefer to walk, I fact I like to walk, I am a walker (jaja not the whisky type). But congratulations on your goal to run half marathon.

About teeth and braces, I do hope my children get my DH teeth, they are so perfect in line, same size, same color, and he never ever used braces, or anything. In my country is little expensive, not as expensive as in US, but I truely hope they donīt need any. So far my son new teeth are fine, little big, but dr. said that his jaw has to grow also. And for my little princess her just new teeth are little turn, hope ther get straight.

Ohh and I forgot, Enjoy every minute in SU!!!! You lucky ladies that are going, take a lot of pic, and donīt forget any detail, hope to make it next time, If you could do it in Miami, it will be great for me, more close to home. (Just a suggestion)

On the teeth subject, we both had braces, so anyone's guess is possible. My teeth went back to exactly how they were before braces, too...still irritates me.

You ladies have fun at SU...so jealous! Hope you have a great time

Looking forward to seeing you at Shareunion October 1-3 in Atlanta, GA!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABELLA!!! I can't believe she's 3 already.

We'll definately be thinking of those who aren't able to make it to Shareunion!! I wish we call could be there....

My child has lost her mind today! It all started at school when she got really sassy and would NOT do what I told her to do. She has decided that I "don't love her" and has tried throwing things at me and pinching me. Now I don't know about you girls, but that don't fly in this house! I'm so angry with her right now...and right before I leave too....

Arnara - Oct 8, 2009 2:16 pm (#427 Total: 450)

Happy Birthday Isabella! Wishing you a happy day today and always.

Tracy~I think is a way of drawing attention to her, sometimes my son start asking us if we love him, with no previous reason to ask, is just a way that he wants us to hug him, kiss him, call him our baby. Maybe Ansley is a little upset for you going the WE. But no say goodbye in angry terms, deal with this when you come back, more calm.

Happy and safe trip to all you ladies.

Looking forward to seeing you at Shareunion October 1-3 in Atlanta, GA!!

Thanks Lorena! She got over it after a while.... I waited several hours before talking to her. She said that she was mad at me for leaving her for the weekend. I explained why I was going and also explained that if I was home she wouldn't get to go and stay with her grandparents and she saw the light!! Now her suitcase is also packed and she's been dragging it around the house all afternoon!

Happy Birthday Isabella!

Tracy, I'm glad you were able to work it out...I know at our house some of the worst behavior we see is due to insecurity about something. If Matt is working too much, if I'm too busy with the baby...it often leads to less than desirable behavior. Glad she was able to see the light! Enjoy your weekend!

Now Will is sick...coughed all night, but it seems better this morning. I'm not sure my thermometer is working right. He feels on fire, but it says 98.2...who knows.

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Will is better, but Adalynn is starting today. She has the cough and her little cheeks are red...hope she doesn't get it too bad.

So, 6 to 8 more weeks of this 1st trimester stuff...I haven't felt this tired since I was pregnant with Skylar. I can barely get out of bed, I'm napping and going to bed early. It's sad. Definitely going to be a long first few weeks!

Hey Ladies,

Jenn-Have fun at the party.

Spent last night in the Er. Fever of 105. they are treating her for H1N1 but didn't test her. I didn't get it but it was well after midnight and I didn't question. Plus there is a manufacturers shortage of Tamiflu. You have to get it from a compounding pharmacy. At least today she is back to speaking. yesterday sh just stared into space...

Hope SU is going well.

Hey girls!! I'm soooo...tired! No time to waste though...haircuts that 11 and a follow-up for the hurt finger at 3! I so wanted to just do nothing today other than the haircuts, but I guess checking out this finger today is better than missing school again later.

Kathryn & Jackie~ You girls are a hoot!! I'm so glad you were there this weekend, and I hope to get to see you next year too!

Jenn~ I can't wait to see those pics. I won't complain though, my pics are always late too!

Kristyn~ I hope that your kiddos are feeling better. Coughing is so tough to deal with for everyone in the house!

Ellen~ I hope that sweet Abigail is feeling better. That would definately be scary!

Should I feel jetlag from the same time zone??

Re: Crazy with kids?? Check in here...

It's Ansley's finger! She fell on Sunday afternoon, after her trip to the mountains while chasing geese in my mom's back yard, and they thought it was broken. Her dad had come to pick her up and took her to the ER...not broken, but still very swollen and blue so we're letting her dr. check it out today.

Ellen, I hope Abigail is still on the mend Everyone I know that has had H1N1 says the fever is the worst part for them.

Can I just say how jealous I am that you all went to SU! I hope you had a fantastic time!

Okay--the finger that they said was not broken, but only sprained on Sunday....is broken! Yep...#2 fracture through the growth plate Now it's "buddy taped" and splinted for 2 weeks until we see the dr. again and hopefully will be completely healed after 3 weeks.

Oh, Tracy. That sucks. Poor Ansley! I hope that it heals quickly!

So I have had a great couple of days. Besides a wonderful weekend in DC, I came home to 2 kids who couldn't wait to see me. Matthew just wants to sit and cuddle all day so I am doing some great reading and he is watching too much TV just so we can cuddle. But even better... my dh got a promotion! He has been working his butt off lately and it is very well deserved. I am so excited for him and he is finally coming home smiling after work again. I am so happy for him! (ok, for us... God knows we could use the $)

Hope you all had a bast at SU! Gosh, I am sooo jealous! Can't wait to see pics. I feel so bad for not getting on Share more often, I've just had a rough couple of weeks and now have to deal with my husband leaving the country for two months, I have no idea how I'm gonna do it. He's going to Mexico to buy our house finally and at first we had planned while he was gone that Chris and I would go to Santa Barbara, CA to visit my family but Chris has been sick lately so I don't wanna travel during the cold, so we layed plans off till June of next year, after going to Cali, Chris and I will move to Mexico to our new house. I've been sick for the last couple of days, got the flu shot and H1N1 vaccine and sick sick sick, hope it goes away soon.

Chris is still loving school, he's talking more too which is great since that was the reason he started school early. Its just us three here at home, how do yall deal with hubby being away from home for so long? Two months seems long for me =/

Maria- I didn't know you were moving back to Mexico permanently. I guess I thought that you were buying a second home. I don't know what I would do for 2 months, esp without family nearby. If Patrick is going to be gone for a week, someone comes to help me. I am glad that Chris loves school.

Abigail is still home. I am headed home after class b/c I am sick and exhausted and don't want it to get worse.

Hope Ansley is doing better (and her Mama too)

Ellen, I hope you and Abigail are feeling better soon.

Tracy, I hope her finger feels better soon!

I forgot to say that Adalynn weighed 19 lbs at the doctor the other day...we are finally growing! We're all feeling better...well, I'm not but I think it's just pregnancy stuff.

Hope everyone is on the mend!

Tracy-Poor Ansley, I hope that she recovers quickly.

Maria-Just take it day by day, those two months will fly by quicker than you expected. I hope that everything goes well with the house.

Kristyn-Go Adalynn!!!! I hope that you start to feel better soon.

Ellen-I hope that Abigail gets well soon...and you. It is so horrible for you to be sick and have to take care of your baby.

I am so tired, still have not recovered from DC. I feel so worn out this week. Thank goodness for a teacher work-day on Friday!!!
