Trying Again.

MotherOfAngelJYE - 10:43pm Jan 9, 2010 EST

I recently had a premi boy, he was beautiful, now he's above the clouds soaring high with the angels.

Me and my Fionce are now finding it stressful without having our lil man beside us so we are trying again.

I last had my period about 3 days ago but the one before that went for about two weeks, ever scince then i ahvent been that fertile, im realli worried that cause of how depressed i am i wont be as fertile and if i do fall pregs i could have another premi baby.
I am scared that mayb it will all reapeat its self again, How can we try and put some of our worrys behind?
Is there anything natural i can take?

I'm sorry for the loss of your son. Trying again is something that many people handle in different ways. My daughter was born early, but thankfully we had an easy road with her prematurity.
The first thing I would do before becoming pregnant is make a plan with your doctor. And, make sure you trust your doctor's opinion completely. Maybe even consult with a perinatolgist to get a plan set to help you feel better about your pregnancy. Unfortunately, when you've delivered a baby early you are at risk for delivering early again, but there are steps to take in many situations that can help prevent prematurity.
Wishing you the best and hoping you find peace over the loss of your precious angel.
Warmly,
Kristyn

Kristyn has some great advice. The best thing to do is to speak with your doctor. He/ she will have some good suggestiond or advice for how to go about it. Also, they can check your hormone levels etc to check your fertility.

Good luck and try to be gentle with yourself.

My husband and I were just discussing this the other day we r going to try again soon and I am seriously stressed out and still shaken up over our loss, not to mention the fact that it took us 2 yrs to conceive the first time I am going to try my hardest to just be very positive...I wish you the best of luck! Lavender is a natural calming oil...I am gonna start there.
