Hey yall,
Its been a tough week. Our baby girl is fighting and being hard to handle... this morning my nst didn't go so good and I am having contraction after contaction... today I am 31weeks and 2 days I can't believe I have made it thus far but the doctors are thinking it might be time I am in a lot of pain and no meds are helping the good thing is my cervix is closed.I can't get confortable 19 days can't come fast enough unless they decide to take her now keep praying as hubby is out to sea:(

Hey guys I know I am skipping 16 days here but I would like to tell you I am 30 weeks and 6 days today and still in the hospital.... my son is at his grandmas... and my hubby is out to sea he is in the navy.... anyways an update on our little girl (McKenna) she will be born at 34 weeks unless she comes earlier. Right now my contrations are back to normal and I feel great I am on bed rest. Life is hard in a hospital but I try to make the best of it. I sleep most of the time. I miss my lil man and hubby most but the biggest thing is our little girl is growing and still in the oven. I will post more later I need to try and go to bed.

Started as a ordinary Sunday for the padgett household my 18 month old was crazy like always:) it was after lunch I decided to put my lil monster to bed so the hubby and I could relax. Mind you I was 28 weeks and 3 days. Anyways so hubby and I watched tv. After a while like an hour or so I had a gush of fluid so I went to the bathroom there I seen blood and mucus at this point I freaked out yelled baby I think I am in labor help me.... I proceed to call labor and delivery they said o come in so we can check you out. ok I go to the neighbor tell her what's going on. since with my first pregnancy I was full term I think nothing of packing a bag, anywaysso hubby and I proceed to the hospital. They check me and confirm my water has broken and I amm dialated 1cm so they admit me. I am scared out of my mind I don't know what to say because I still am in shock anyways so I cry hubby tears up.they go on to tell us all the details of a premmie birth. I got my iv,my first sterriod shot,my rh- shot(I have a- blood type), my first bag of magnesium, and a bag of fluids all in one night.
