JARED AND I HAVE STARTED THE ADOPTION. HE IS ADOPTING MY CHILDREN BRENDAN AND ANASTASIA. WE HAVE BEGUN THE PROCESS . IN NEW HAMPSHIRE THE FIRST PART IS STRIPPING THE RIGHTS OF THE BIO DAD. MY EX HASN'T PAID CHILD SUPPORT SINCE STARZY WAS 8 WEEKS OLD. HE HASN'T SEEN HER SINCE SHE WAS 8 WEEKS OLD AND BRENDAN HE HASN'T SEEN SINCE ABOUT 17 MONTHS OLD. IN NH THAT MEANS HE DOESN'T PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND HE HAS "ABANDONED"HIS CHILDREN. HE ALSO HAS A CRIMINAL PAST AND WAS ABUSIVE TO ME. SO WE FILED THE PAPER WORK AND WERE WAITING ON A COURT DATE SO I CAN SERVE HIM AND THEN WE HAVE TO SEE WHAT THE COURT SAYS. IN THE MEAN TIME WE HAVE TO PAY A GUARDIAN AT LIT UM. SHE WILL BE MAILING PAPERWORK FOR US AND THEN WE MEET HER AND WE PAY HER FOR THE PROCESS. THEN AFTER WE STRIP HIS RIGHTS WE GO FORWARD. WE MAY NEED A HOME STUDY IT DEPENDS ON THE COURT IT MIGHT GET WAVED BECAUSE IN MY CASE I'M TRYING TO TAKE THE OTHER PARENTS RIGHTS AWAY. DAVID THEIR DAD IS A VERY BAD PERSON AND THE COURT DOESN'T THINK I WILL LOSE AT STRIPPING HIS RIGHTS. JARED IS ALL THE CHILDREN KNOW. HE HAS BEEN THEIR DAD SINCE ANASTASIA WAS 6 MONTHS OLD AND SHE WILL BE 4 IN OCT. JARED WANTS THEM TO HAVE HIS NAME AND ITS WORTH THE COST TO US. WE PAY EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET. JARED IS A GREAT DADDY AND I'M A VERY LUCKY GIRL. EVERYONE THAT SEES HIM WITH THE KIDS THINKS THEY ARE HIS. MY SON ACTS A LOT LIKE HIM. JARED IS A COMPUTER GEEK AND BRENDAN IS VERY SMART LIKE HIM AND LOVES GEEKY THINGS. HIS BEDROOM IS STAR WARS AND PLANETS. MY BABY IS MORE LIKE ME BUT IS ALSO GEEKY SHE LOVES COMPUTERS AND READING AND IS ALSO VERY SMART. WERE PRETTY EXCITED TO START THIS PROCESS AND THE KIDS WILL HAVE MY LAST NAME AND ELIMINATE THEIR REAL DAD'S NAME FINALLY. BRENDAN ALWAYS USES JARED'S LAST NAME AS HIS, HE HATES HIS REAL DAD'S NAME AND NEVER USES IT. BOTH KIDS ARE DOING WELL. BRENDAN WENT WITH GRANDPA ALL DAY TODAY AND WENT TO SEE THE CLYDESDALE HORSES AND YES I'M TALKING ABOUT THE BEER. HE THEN HELPED GRAMPA IN THE YARD. WE ASKED DAD TO TAKE HIM BECAUSE URS TRULY WAS OUT TILL 5AM AND HAD NO SLEEP. I WENT DANCING WITH MY MOM WHO IS SINGLE.SHE MET A GREAT GUY AND I HANG WITH HIM AND HER AND THEN I MET A REALLY NICE GUY THAT DANCED WITH ME. THE PLACE WE GO TO IS FOR 35 PLUS AND IS A NICE PLACE. I STARTED GOING EVERY WEEK WITH MY MOM AND WE HAVE A BLAST. AFTER DANCING WE WENT TO A RESTAURANT AND CHILLED OUT AND NEXT THING U KNOW ITS 430 AM. I KNOW GO EVERY WEEK AND I LOVE IT. MY HUBBY BABYSITS. WE NOW HANG OUT WITH THE 2 GUYS AND WE DANCE. ME OF COURSE ONLY AS FRIENDS. HUGS JESS

DRAMA/KIDS

WELL WHAT CAN I SAY? MY HUBBY'S FAMILY IS FIGHTING AGAIN. MY SISTER IN LAW ELENA IS CURRENTLY TAKING CARE OF HER COUSINS 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. SHE LIVES WITH MY BROTHER IN LAW AT MY FATHER IN LAW'S HOUSE AND EVER SINCE DAD FOUND A GF ELENA HAS LITERALLY TAKEN OVER DADS HOUSE. THEY IS ONLY 2 BEDROOMS THEIR. ELENA AND JEFF'S AND DADS. WHEN DAD STARTED DATING HIS GF SHE GAVE THE CHILD HIS BEDROOM. SHE ACTS LIKE THE HOUSE IS HERS AND ITS AGGRAVATING. WHEN MY MOM IN LAW PASSED A YEAR AGO SHE TOOK EVERYTHING THAT BELONGED TO HER AND RIFLED THRU IT AND GAVE IT AWAY AND JUST TOOK OVER THE HOUSE. SHE WAS ACTUALLY MAD BECAUSE WE HAD A FUNERAL GET TOGETHER AND SHE HAD A HEADACHE. ALL THIS BRINGS ME TO NOW. WHEN DAD USED TO BABYSIT FOR US AT HIS HOUSE WE HAD TOYS THERE FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY WITH. WELL ON SAT I GO TO PICK UP MY SON AND SHE POINTS OUT THAT MY KITCHEN PLAY SET IS IN THE CHILDS ROOM. THIS SET WAS IN THE YARD AND SHE NEVER ASKED US IF SHE COULD USE IT AND THEN I WENT IN THE ROOM TO SEE MY KITCHEN SET AND ALL MY KIDS TOYS WERE THERE. SHE STOLE ALL MY TOYS. ELENA AND I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ALONG SHE HAS ALOT OF ISSUES AND IS A VERY JEALOUS NASTY PERSON. I WENT OVER TO GET THE KITCHEN SET AND TOYS AND JEFF MY HUBBY'S BRO WAS IN MY FACE. HE TOOK ONE OF THE TOYS AND THREW IT AT ME AND DAD WAS THERE AND DID NOTHING. JEFF IS A BULLY AND A LOSER LIKE HIS WIFE. HE YELLS ALOT AND CAN'T CONTROL ANGER AND LOVES TO PUT ME DOWN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD JAIL HIM IF HE HAD HIT ME. THE PROBLEM IS MY HUBBY'S DAD AND MOST OF THE FAMILY BACKS JEFF UP EVEN WHEN HES WRONG. THEY ALSO PRAISE HIS WIFE WHO HAS HAD 2 AFFAIRS WHILE MARRIED TO JEFF AND ALOT OF OTHER ISSUES. I HAVE NEVER CHEATED AND I AM GOOD TO JARED AND JARED IS A GREAT GUY AND HIS DAD JUST PREFERS JEFF AND ELENA.WE HAD A FAMILY PARTY AND THE WHOLE TIME I TRIED TO IGNORE THEM. JEFF KEPT COMING UP AND SAYING THINGS TO ME. MY 2 KIDS WERE THERE JARED WAS HOME, BECAUSE HE'S SICK OF IT. I TRIED TO POUR SOME MILK FOR THE KIDS AND HE SAYS THATS HIS MILK. IT DON'T MATTER WHO HE HURTS HE GETS AWAY WITH IT. I HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN HE HAS BEAT UP MY HUSBAND WHILE THEIR DAD STOOD THERE AND I WENT BETWEEN THEM.(MY KIDS WERE NOT THERE) sHE LOVES DRAMA AND SO DOES HE. THE FAMILY IS UPSET BECAUSE WE HAVE DECIDED WERE NOT GOING TO ANY MORE FAMILY FUNCTIONS. tHERE IS A FAMILY PARTY COMING UP AND A COUSIN BASICALLY SENT A MESSEGE ASKING US TO COME AND LEAVE THE "BAGGAGE" AT THE DOOR. THIS COUSIN TELLS US VIA FACEBOOK. WHAT BAGGAGE? I DIDN'T SAY A DAMN WORD, IT WAS ELENA AND JEFF CAUSING ISSUES. MY HUSBAND HAD TO TALK TO HIS DAD BECAUSE ON SATURDAY HIS FATHER YELLED AT ME BECAUSE I TOLD HIM WE WEREN'T GOING AND THAT I HATE HIS SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW. HE DON'T LIKE THE WORD HATE AND HE SCREAMED AT ME. NOONE CAN SPEAK THEIR MIND AND I'M SICK OF IT. PEOPLE ARE GUILT TRIPPING US INTO GOING. WE DON'T WANT THE KIDS SEEING THIS SO THE WHOLE FAMILY IS GOING DOWN AND HONESTLY WE DON'T CARE. EVER SINCE WE HAVE CUT THEM OUT WE ARE MUCH BETTER. ELENA WAS JEALOUS OF EVERYTHING ABOUT ME. SHE WAS ACTUALLY PISSED THAT JARED PROVIDES FOR US. SHE HATES ME BECAUSE JARED MAKES GOOD MONEY AND WE HAVE A GOOD LIFE. I'M SORRY ABOUT THE RANT BUT I NEED TO PROTECT MY KIDS. ON THAT NOTE THE KIDS ARE GREAT, THEY SAW MY MOM AND THE GUYS SHE IS DATING TODAY. I LIKE HIM AND SO DO THEY. HE TOOK US TO SUBWAY TO EAT AND WE SPENT TIME WITH THEM. JARED AND I HAVE FOCUSED ALL OF OUR ATTENTION ON US AND KEEPING CLOSE WITH MY FAMILY. UNFORTUNATELY, THEYS NO SAVING JARED'S FAMILY. THE FAVORITISM FOR JEFF HAS BEEN THERE SINCE JARED WAS YOUNG. HIS DAD DOES NOT SPEND ANY TIME WITH HIM. SO THIS IS OUR WAY OF SAYING ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THE KIDS ARE DOING WELL. WE ARE WAITING FOR SPRING. HUGS JESS

ANOTHER SICK KID

MY SON NOW IS SICK ALSO. he HAS A START OF AN EAR INFECTION AND A GASTRO BUG. HE HAS A COUGH, RUNNY NOSE, EAR INFECTION IN ONE EAR AND DIARHEA. SO LETS JUST SAY ITS BEEN FUN AT MY HOUSE. wE GOT A CAR RENTAL AND OUR CAR IS FINALLY BEING PAINTED.last YEAR IT WAS KEYED ALL OVER. were also GETTING SOME MORE MONEY FROM OUR TAXES AND WERE GOING TO START THE ADOPTION. JARED IS ADOPTING MY KIDS. THE KIDS ARE ON VACATION THIS WEEK AND WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT HOME. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE RENTAL COMPANY TODAY. tHEY CHARGED OUR BANK FOR THE CAR RENTAL AND OVER DREW OUR ACCOUNT. tHEY ARE FIXING IT BUT I'M PISSED. WELL HUGS JESS

SICK/NEW PHONE/REMEMBRANCE

I'm sick with God knows what and I got a new phone a mytouch3G. My hubby bought it for my bday even tho my bday is not until April 6th.The kids are great and Jared is well. Today it has been one year since Roberta my mother in law passed away. We are going to dinner tonight with Jared, me, Brendan, Jared's dad and his gf. We just want to remember her and honor her. Otherwise all is well. Hugs Jess

AUNT CASSANDRA AND COUSIN JOHN VISIT

My sister Cassandra and her son John came to visit today. They both love my house this is the first time they have seen it. Anastasia saw John then she went with a family friend until Sat. Brendan and John and Cassandra and I went to get pizza and went shopping. Then we went to the park and I showed her downtown Nashua,NH. That is where we live. She lives in Massachusetts and decided to visit. The kids had fun and she brought Brendan some clothes that don't fit John anymore. So were happy. The kids had fun seeing each other and playing. Cassandra and I caught up talking about our kids and our husbands and life in general. After all this, Jeffrey my brother- in- law decided he wanted to take my son Brendan for the night to spend some time with him. So, Jared and I are kid free tonight and were setting up my new my touch 3G phone, an early bday present. So all in all a good day. hugs Jess

PNEUMONIA/CAR

My daughter has Pneumonia and a double ear infection. She never even complained about it. We thought she had croup. So she started her meds yesterday and is feeling a little better. She's pale and tired but otherwise is acting normal. Were in total shock all she was doing was coughing. Brendan is ok and both kids will see their cousin tomorrow. My sister Cassandra is visiting with her son John. Neither one of my sisters have seen the house so its cool. Nothing else much is going on, the kids are on break next week from school. My car is finally getting painted on the 22nd. Hugs Jess

NEUROLOGY/REPORTS

Brendan went to the neurologist and she said he has Pervasive Developmental Disorder and Non- Verbal learning disorder. He's not autistic and he does not have ADD. Hes very smart and hes learning his letters. He speaks very well and uses big words. He does self stim thats where he does jerking movements. He flaps his hands and jumps. he is delayed in mostly everything but language is a positive for him. He gets frustrated easy but we sing to him or play music and it works. the neurologist agrees. I think he likes music like me and I'm not great at testing and visual spacial stuff and neither is he. Plus both of us do well in language. I'm great at reading and writing but horrible at tests. She said hes a lot like me. Were going to monitor him but he's doing better. I just read his progress report from the school and he is sufficient on all his goals. His main problem is his attention, but he does not have ADD. So, despite all his challenges he is doing well. I needed good news because I have cried all day. It sucks watching his sister do things he can't do and she's younger. He has a lot of issues but hes catching up. He get frustrated. I worry that people will make fun of him because of the jerky movements which we are working on to try to get him to stop b4 Kindergarten. He will be starting mainstream kindergarten and will still get his therapies at school which will be speech, OT,PT. The good news I hear is he is well mannered and a good kid. Brendan is very empathetic and giving. He makes friends everywhere and hes sweet. A joy to have in class as his teacher puts it.He is stubborn like me tho lol. He is a lot like me I'm beginning to see.I feel blessed to have such a good kid despite his issues. We are trying to get him to do better because we don't want kid to make fun of him. I guess I'm his mom so I worry. In the end I have faith. Anastasia is doing well, her progress report said she was sufficient and mastered on her goals. I'm proud of her and Brendan for how far they have come. She is also said to be a great kid and a pleasure to have in class. She loves to draw and color, I think she will be a little artist amongst being a Diva and a Princess. she's still quiet and feisty and a love bug. Brendan likes to dance and loves music, they both have good rhythm and love to dance. I love music and I learn musically so they got that from me.Starzy is enjoying school. Things are getting better for them. I'm still trying for a baby. hugs Jess

LIFE IS SO GREAT

WE GOT SOME TAX MONEY AND WE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A NEW TV 42 IN LED, A USED PS3 , MY HUBBY GOT A LAPTOP, GOT ME WINDOWS 7 FOR MY PC AND GOT ME ANOTHER LAPTOP USED. THE KIDS GOT A STUFFED LADY BUG AND A STUFFED CATERPILLAR FOR THE KIDS FOR VALENTINES. JARED GOT ME AN IPOD AND JEANS AND HE LET ME GET MY NAILS AND EYEBROWS DONE WITHOUT THE KIDS AND THEN TOOK US TO EAT. WE PAID SOME BILLS AND WERE GETTING OUR CAR PAINTED IT WAS KEYED 4 TIMES SO WERE FINALLY GETTING IT FIXED. WERE ALSO SAVING SOME AND STARTING THE PROCESS FOR JARED TO ADOPT THE KIDS. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET PREGNANT AND WERE HOPING IT WILL HAPPEN SOON. JARED AND I ARE BOTH IN SCHOOL AS OF MARCH. TONIGHT WERE GOING TO LOWE'S TO LOOK FOR SOME STUFF FOR THE KIDS ROOMS. I PUT STARS THAT GLOW IN THE DARK FOR STARZY BWENS HAS SOME. STARZY GOT A PRINCESS LUNCH BOX AND PRINCESS CHAIR. BRENDAN GOT A NEW SHIRT AND TOYS AND WE GOT STARZY 2 SHIRTS FOR A DOLLAR EACH. WE ALSO GOT A PRINTER/SCANNER/COPIER FOR OUR HOUSE. THE KIDS AND I ARE GOOD AS WELL AS JARED. BRENDAN WENT TO THE EYE DOC AND HE DOESNT HAVE TO WEAR HIS GLASSES ANYMORE. HE HAS ALWAYS HAD PERFECT VISION. THE GLASSES WERE TO TRY TO HELP HIM WITH HIS CROSSES EYES. SHE IS JUST GOING TO WATCH IT FOR NOW. WE GO BACK IN 3 MONTHS.

TAXES/LIFE

We got our taxes done and approved . We went last night and we got some of them today. I am very happy because we need a lot of things and were paying back our bills and Jared is taking us out tonight for dinner. Were gonna take Starzy to see the Chipmunks.Brendan already went. We have had a lot of changes in our house this year. Jared has decided every weekend he will take one of the kids alone with him to do something special so each kid gets alone time with him. We also have PJ day at our house on Sunday's. We stay in and watch TV and let the kids play then we wear our jammies. We have been renting to own alot of things so tonight were buying the things we have been renting to get out of that which means we will have more money every month. Then we are saving for the kids to get bedroom sets. We have had mostly good news this year. We are still trying for a baby and are hoping for that to happen soon. The kids are doing well. Brendan will start kindergarten in Sept full time. I can't believe it. I'm in awe. I hope all is well with u guys hugs Jess

LIFE/DREAMS

WERE STILL TRYING FOR THE BABY. I'M REALLY HOPING IT COMES SOON.JARED AND I REALLY WANT A BABY. WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED 3 YEARS ALMOST AND WERE BOTH ALMOST ALL DONE WITH SCHOOL. STUDENT LOANS SUCK BUT WITH US BOTH WORKING AFTER GRADUATION WE SHOULD BE FINE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING DREAMS ABOUT BEING PREGNANT. ONE DREAM I AM HAVING A BOY WHO HAS MY HUBBY'S GORGEOUS CURLY BROWN HAIR AND IS CHUBBY WITH HIGH CHEEK BONES LIKE JARED. MY OTHER DREAM I HAVE A BABY GIRL WITH HIGH CHEEK BONES CHUBBY WITH MY HUSBAND'S GORGEOUS BROWN EYES AND MY HAIR WHICH IS RED AND WAVY. WE HAVE TALKED ALOT ABOUT GETTING PREGNANT AND I'M DOING ALL I CAN TO MAKE SURE I'M ALL SET WHEN I CONCEIVE. I'M ON VITAMINS AND I EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY. SCHOOL HAS BEEN OK, LOTS OF HOMEWORK AND STUDYING BUT I'M LEARNING ALL ABOUT COMPUTERS AND HAVING FUN, I LOVE MY SCHOOL. STARZY IS POTTY TRAINING AND SHES DOING OK. SHE IS LOVING SCHOOL AND IS A LITTLE DIVA. BRENDAN IS TRAINED EXCEPT OVER NIGHT. I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH U GUYS. I LOVE THIS WEB SITE, ITS A BIG HELP. IF I HAVE ANOTHER BABY THE BABY WILL BE PREMATURE . THE DOC ALREADY TOLD ME I WOULD DELIVER AT 8 MONTHS OR IF I HAVE COMPLICATIONS SOONER. I JUST HOPE WHEN I HAVE A BABY I MAKE IT TO AT LEAST 8 MONTHS. HUGS JESS
