Hi my name is Kimberly. I am the parent of two premature babies. My daugther was born at 29 weeks in November, 1997 and my son was born at 27 weeks in October, 2003. My daughter weighed 2lbs 9 ozs at birth and my son weighed 1 lb 8 ozs at birth. My daughter stayed in the hospital 6 1/2 weeks and my son stayed in the hospital 11 1/2 weeks. Both are doing very well now. My daughter is in the 1st grade and my son is a healthy 14 month old weighing 20 lbs 12 ozs.
