Labor day monday
K.Daffin - 11:35pm Feb 25, 2012 ESTI woke up on labor day Monday 2011 (7:30am) and my water had broken. I had six weeks and three days left till my due date (10-19-11). I was in the hospital all day hooked up to a machine to keep an eye on my contractions. They started to slowly enduced me around 8pm. I didn't feel any contractions till around 1am. At 7:35am on Sep 6 I had Mr Kaden Andrew Lee Daffin. He weighed 4lb 9oz, 17in long. He had no birth defect, or troubles breathing. He was 6 weeks and 2 days early. He did have to stay in the NICU for 20 days because he couldn't regulate his body temp, and it was hard for him to nurse. Now he is 4 months old and weighs 16lbs. This was my first child, and I had him without any birthing classes, and a week before the baby shower. Would never trade that experience for anything.
