A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Baby Easton evicted today... we're all wishing you and him well Leigh!!

KHolley - Aug 20, 2012 5:39 pm (#180 Total: 291)

Stacy-They gave me magic mouthwash when I was so sick with strep. That stuff is great! I hope sweet little Elim feels better.

Lindsay-Thanks for the kind comment, I feel great!

Lorena-Congrats on your thesis being accepted!

Lauren-Keeping Leigh and Easton in my thoughts.

We are officially back to school today. My kids were so excited this morning!!!!!

Donna S - Aug 20, 2012 7:36 pm (#181 Total: 291)

Mom to Ryley, 26 weeker, Grace and Ethan, full-termers

Stacy - Glad Elim is feeling a little better. Poor baby. Hope you get some rest soon.

Lauren - Happy Birthday!! And you are definitely not old. If I'm not mistaken, I think I qualify as one of the, if not the, oldest around these parts. Sigh.....Hope you enjoyed your mini-glass! And kids are just different. Ryley is an awesome sleeper. Grace and Ethan have both always taken a huge amount of convincing.

Saying prayers for Easton and Leigh.

Tracy - They took away your 4-day week? That does take getting used to. Naps?

Liz - How's the job going?

Lorena - You go girl!! Congrats...that's awesome! I am so jealous of your weekend at home. We won't see another one of those until Thanksgiving.

First day of school....Ethan struggled this morning, even though he was the first one up. Whenever he has to get his tasks done on a schedule or someone else's timeline, or quickly, he goes completely sideways. So he was throwing stuff, yelling, growling, and hissing. He finally pulled it together when I told him it was his choice, but if he wasn't ready when we had to leave, he was going to the first day of school as he was (without shoes, hair sticking up, etc). I cried like a baby when Ryley left. And I'm completely anxious at how his day is going.

liz loschinskey - Aug 20, 2012 8:55 pm (#182 Total: 291)

I love my kids!

Lauren, I thought the guardian was that Whitney Houston movie...*singing*....AND I(EEEEEYYYYEEEEEE) Will always love you!!!!!

Lorena, congrats on the Thesis getting accepted!!!

Donna, job is fantastic! I'm meeting everyone and learning new things, it's great. Only problem...I work out there. I don't normally make eye contact with people, I go in and workout. Now I have all sorts of people saying hi and waving and nodding(and interupting said workouts to ask questions) Blah. I still love it.

I can't wait to see yinz and a couple months.

bbl....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAUREN!!!! Old should definately not be in your vocabulary---yet!!

Leigh~ Sending hugs!!!

Lorena~ Congrats on the thesis!!

Liz~ At least now you're getting paid to workout!!! Maybe I need to apply for a job at the gym.....

Donna~ I hope Riley's day (as well as Grace and Ethan's) were good!

Yes, we're back to 5 day weeks now.... I'm so exhausted when I get home because although we're not having to work until 5 anymore, I still can't get out of the building early. Too much to do for planning!! Hopefully I can catch on to the new curriculum soon and it won't take so long to prepare.

Naps??? I miss them!!!! Haven't had one since Friday----and it was only 15 minutes.

Akeelah's Mommy - Aug 20, 2012 11:26 pm (#186 Total: 291)

A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Donna- That might be, but I think I have my wrinkles! We'll compare in October. Hope the day went better for Ethan... mornings are so tough for kiddos.

Lorena- I hope you're able to make it! I'll miss ya if you're not there! Congrats on the thesis!

Tracy- Ugh. I remember when we went back to 5 days from 4... it was such a rude awakening!

Thanks for the birthday wishes... glad that's over!

NathansMom13 - Aug 20, 2012 11:28 pm (#187 Total: 291)

Come to ShareUnion 2012: It's the BEST weekend ever!!!

Happy Birthday Lauren!!

Saw a picture of baby Easton on facebook, he's adorable. Anyone heard from Leigh on how they are doing? I texted but didn't hear anything and I don't want to bother her.

Worked all morning. I know I work in a nursing home and should be used to death but when it's happening to the resident's I love it's hard...

I've been busy getting ready for our big CA adventure next week, it's a lot of work to get 3 people ready for a cross-country wedding trip.

liz loschinskey - Aug 21, 2012 12:28 am (#188 Total: 291)

I love my kids!

Leigh! Congratulations!! Happy birthday Easton!!!

YaY! Lots of birthdays!!

Katie your pictures are killing me...I'm cracking up over here everyday. You too funny. So mad you didnt tell me you were going to Hershey...its like only an hour away from us. Would have met you somewhere.

Well I'm off just wanted to stop over and say hello!!!

stacyat - Aug 21, 2012 1:58 am (#190 Total: 291)

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Liz: Lol, it's benadryl and mylanta. Works wonders. He ate almost an entire jr roast beef from arbys. I got it because I knew he loved it and sure enough an hour after the mouthwash he ate up!

Lorena: That's great news about your thesis getting accepted!! My friend is dealing with trying to graduate with her masters and getting her thesis and stuff all done, like you she's having to deal with silly university rules.

Leigh: Tons of hugs and congrats on Easton's arrival! Can't wait till he's home with you!

Donna: Aww, poor E, I hope he gets into a routine soon for the both of you. I hope Ryley had a great first day too!

Tracy: Wishing you some better naps in there!

Laura: Tons of hugs, one of my first patients that died was so sweet, definitely heartbreaking.

Happy birthday Lauren! Happy birthday Jess! Happy birthday Easton!! Popular day to be born!

Elim is doing a tad better, definitely not as whiney and I force-fed him about 7 oz of water and/or milk with a syringe. He did start taking some sips on his own this afternoon without prompting. He had two decent dipes.....and nothing since He did have a diarrhea type dipe which is not going to help things on the dehydration front. Tomorrow it is my mission to get at least three good dipes out of him, there's no alternative. He got blisters on his foot so we're for sure going with hand foot and mouth disease. Back in Loganville now visiting with my brothers for the next week. My parents come back Tuesday night till I leave Monday to hang out with everyone.

BecauseofAlaina - Aug 21, 2012 4:31 am (#191 Total: 291)

mom to Emily (36 weeker)- 8 yo, Alaina (33 weeker)- 5 yo, Matthew (37 weeker)- 3 yo

Hey all,
Katie--- love the pictures and wish I was seeing nkotb with you. Love them.
Leigh--- congrats on the baby and hope he is doing well
Tracy-- we are not crack to school yet but I feel for you and the long weeks already. PS-- I loved your picture of the y'all stuff. Actually gave me a chuckle cause I pictured you teaching everyone the terminology.
Donna-- glad the first day was ok. Glad he was able to relax and get off to school a little calmer.
Lauren and Jess--happy birthday girlies xoxo

So ladies, hope everyone is getting themselves ready for back to school and such. We don't start for about 2 weeks but we still have to finish summer homework. Emily got 16 pages math, 44 pages hebrew( she goes to a yeshiva (religious school)), and she has to read 2 chapter books and write about them. Gotta love that. Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow
Xoxo

Donna S - Aug 21, 2012 3:41 pm (#192 Total: 291)

Mom to Ryley, 26 weeker, Grace and Ethan, full-termers

Liz - That's awesome on the job front, but I'm kinda the same way when it comes to my workout. Good luck with that!

Geri - That's a lot of summer homework to get done in two weeks.

Lauren - Wrinkles? Oy..don't get me started.

Stacy - Grrrrr. Hope he bounces back soon.

Laura - Can't wait to see you!! Hugs on the loss of one of your residents. That's so sad.

Tracy - Here's hoping things settle down so you can have your naps back.

Jess - HUGS! Miss ya!

Day two drop-off done. Ethan struggled again this morning. We finally just had a quiet little talk. I told him I know he hates having to do things on someone else's schedule, but he needs to wrap his brain around the fact school has started and this is our routine for the next nine months. Sigh. Time to pull out the "jobs" cards again I guess. Ryley LOVED middle school.

Arnara - Aug 21, 2012 6:26 pm (#193 Total: 291)

Happy Birthday Easton!! And Jessica....

Lauren ; hope you had a great day and you are not old at all.... I am doing all the impossible imaginable things to make it to SU, if I can't know that I did all I could, but so far I am 55% sure I am coming....

Donna: so glad Riley loved middle school... sorry about Ethan is struggling in the mornings, hope he is settle in the routine soon...

Laura: so sad the resident died, yes I know what you mean I also get sad when ppl I know die... Wow that sounds like a great adventure trip to CA.... hope you all enjoy it, and you don't have to run too much getting ready for it...

Katie: I forgot to comment you look awesome, and let me tell you that I think pink/salmon is your color.... wow you look so tanned and healthy!

Jessica: Enjoy those last days of vacation...

Gerri: wow that is a lot of homework to do...

Blah, I forgot all that was said here, ah Stacy, so glad Elim is much better and eating, that is a good sign, oh yes it seems like univ likes to play jokes in the last things to be graduate... but the good thing is one of my professors is now chief of academics of the Master, so he knows me, and he is very open and ready to help....

So now I am going to school meeting, for S grades, I don't suffer for it as I used to, S has improved so much... My menu options for lunch and dinner are running out... maybe I need to learn new recipes.....

So happy Tuesday everyone

Lorena

Arnara - Aug 21, 2012 6:30 pm (#194 Total: 291)

Liz: yes I know what you mean, I like to be in the gym to workout not to socialize... I mean is ok a hi here a hello there, but not a big conversations, I have seen many girls do that, that is why I like to swim, no one is talking in the pool....

KHolley - Aug 21, 2012 7:16 pm (#195 Total: 291)

Lorena-You are so sweet!!!! I am happy to hear that S has improved, good luck at the meeting!

Liz-I am not a social person either when it comes to working out! Give me some head phones and a magazine!

Lauren-Happy Birthday!!!!!

Jess-I wish I would have known, I would have loved to see you! We will be there next year for sure!

Donna-So sorry Ethan had a rough morning, I hope his day went well. I bet Ryley loved middle school! I love seeing all the 6th graders on their first day!

Alright, off the get the kiddos to football/cheer practice. It is raining, so I am kind of hoping that it does not stop!

stacyat - Aug 22, 2012 1:24 am (#196 Total: 291)

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Geri: Wow.....summer homework? I don't think I had any summer homework till I was a senior in high school!

Donna: Hopefully the jobs cards will work for you both, and YAY on a good first day of school!

Lorena: I always struggle on what to make for lunch, it's usually same old same old with a PB&J.....yeah, totally not creative here.

Guh......he woke up seven times last night, two before I went to sleep. He went down for a nap at 9:45. We headed out to the mall of Georgia and walked around, basically the same stores they have in Oklahoma! Stopped at Sugar Kneads on the way back, yum! Not sure what I'm gonna do tomorrow, though I really do want to go to the flying biscuit cafe at some point while I'm here, I think a few of you went there two years ago, yum!

Angel Love - Aug 22, 2012 1:24 am (#197 Total: 291)

Lorena~ I hope the meeting went well. Way to go for S. in his improvements!!

Geri~ That is a lot of homework for the summer!!! That school should just switch to year-round if that's the way they do the kids.

Laura~ Sorry about the special resident....

Donna~ Woohoo for R. loving middle school!!! I'm sure that brought big smiles to you! Hopefully E. will get into the routine of school and will settle down for the mornings.

Stacy ~ Glad Elim is showing some signs of improvement. Enjoy the time visiting your brother!

I'm all done.....can't remember anything else. That's so sad, huh?

Do any of you have kids that just for random reasons cry at the drop of a hat???

Ansley has become super attached to me lately...especially since school started. It drives me nuts because she's "weepy" when there's something new.... I understand that she's changed schools again and her dad has introduced new situations into her life, but come on!! I haven't changed and I'm working in the same building! It's exhausting!!!!

esgf - Aug 22, 2012 4:44 pm (#198 Total: 291)

Abigail's Mom (29 weeks, 3/21/05)

I have missed so much but I'll try to hit the highlights from the past few days.

Lorena-Congratulations on the thesis and I hope the meeing for S. went well.

Liz- Congratulations on the job, I hope T likes pre school.
Lauren- Happy Belated Birthday and I agree the star of the Guardian is good. Do you watch the Mentalist. It is funny you mention the Guardian b/c the student I was working with in England was into maybe I should try it again.

Donna- Am glad that R loves middle school. Bless him. All kids cannot say that. I hope things get easier with E once a few more days pass.

I hope Elim feels better soon.

Freshmen moved in yesterday. Parent stuff today so it is time to break out the suit stuff. Today is matriculation so we even get to wear our academic robes. They are a bit goofy but I kind of like 'em. Abigail is home with my MIL. Hopefully today is better. Apparently she was well-behaved but she waas bored. Well back to getting class and research stuff together.

Happy Birthday to Easton. I hope all is well.

Tracy- I am sorry Ansley is being clingy at the start of the year. Abigail is too this week and she has none of her excuses. Good luck. Just think. Only two more days left in the week.

Angel Love - Aug 22, 2012 10:06 pm (#199 Total: 291)

Ellen~ Maybe it's just a little girl pact to be whiney this week!!

Freshmen......scare 'em into the routine then they'll be just like the rest of the students!!

Bus dismissal is getting better!!!

Totally wiped out today and can't help but think that our school week would be over tomorrow if we were still on our 4 day week.... Oh well! Might as well get use to it!!

One of our board members asked a student if he liked his new school. He said no, that he liked the old one better. When asked why, the little boy said that he liked his old school better because they only went to school 4 days at his old school...

Too cute that he doesn't realize that we're all in the same boat!!!

lvazquez - Aug 22, 2012 11:14 pm (#200 Total: 291)

Mom to Donovyn (32 weeker), Tristyn (34 weeker), and Naethyn (30 weeker born sleeping)

Lauren - Happy belated birthday! Hoping you get a few more hours of sleep soon:)

Donna - Yay for a great first day for R!

Lorena - Having a sitdown tonight. There are 10 water bottles in her room and I lost track of the orange! She treats it like a dorm room. Oh yes, should be fun. Waiting till after dinner to chat. Hoping we can all relax a bit more (ME) when rules and expectations are explained. Yay for Masters thesis approval:)

Stacy - How's Elim doing?

Tracy - Too funny! Thank you, I so needed that.

Ellen - Hope all is okay with your daughter's teacher:) I think we are all hoping for a good one.

Geri - That's A LOT of pages. She so ROCKS! Enjoy those last few weeks before the big day:)

Got stopped by the Assistant Principal yesterday afternoon at pick-up. Really? You want to talk to me now when I need to round up my other kiddo and make it to PT by 3:30? Aaaah! Mr. T was doing his usual when he's bored, diengaged, or needs to go #2. The staff is totally untrained to deal with my son. It's so sad. E-mailed her a big list of suggestions. We'll see . . .

KHolley - Aug 23, 2012 12:10 am (#201 Total: 291)

Tracy-It must be the week of whiny girls! Alex is so whiney and clingy this week!

Ellen-Good luck with the newbies!

Lindsay-Bad timing much?!!! I hope that they take your suggestions to heart.

Stacy-Enjoy your trip, hopefully Elim feels better!

Alex had to be picked up early today because of a fever...really? It's day 3! We now have 3 EBD units from 1, at the school I teach at, for those of you that don't know, it is the highest need for behavior problems. We inherited the whole west side of the county! We have had 3 suspended from there already!!! This is going to be an interesting year.

Angel Love - Aug 23, 2012 1:08 am (#202 Total: 291)

Katie~ Ugh....that makes for a tough year because with so many they feed off one another. At least seperated, there is a little down time. Sorry to hear about Alex not feeling well. We already have stomach bug making its rounds and we've only been there 6 days.

Lindsay~ Pick-up??? Seriously???? I don't think so! I hope that they'll get their act together and get some training for their teachers. That's crazy!!

Akeelah's Mommy - Aug 23, 2012 1:16 am (#203 Total: 291)

A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Lindsay- I hope they are receptive.

Tracy- Hope you can separate your lil' 'opihi (what we call clingy kiddos here- an 'Opihi is a lil' shelled creature that hangs on to rocks like it's nobodies business)

Katie- Hope she feels better soon!

Ellen- Awww new freshman moving... wow, seems like that was just yesterday!

Stacy- How is Mr. Elim doin?

Lorena- I'm right there with you needing new recipes!

I have to share this conversation with Micah yesterday after he made doo doo.

"Look mommy, I made a mountain." And then he ponders. "But I can not climb it."

stacyat - Aug 23, 2012 2:06 am (#204 Total: 291)

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Tracy: Haha!! Too cute about them liking the four day school week better!

Lindsay: Ugh, so sorry for the problems. Hopefully after a few weeks they'll figure out how best to help T.

Lauren: LOL, what a little thinker you have.

Elim is doing much better! His throat looks so much better, mostly healed and the rash on his feet is pretty much gone too. We went to the aquarium today figuring on it being pretty empty and it totally was! That way we got to see everything plus didn't have to worry about him being close enough to anyone to spread the germs if there are any remaining.

lvazquez - Aug 23, 2012 9:28 pm (#205 Total: 291)

Mom to Donovyn (32 weeker), Tristyn (34 weeker), and Naethyn (30 weeker born sleeping)

Lauren - So cute:) Are you guys using a potty chart or how are you doing things?

Tracy - It's insane!

Stacy - I'm glad Elim is feeling a bit better.

Katie - You're awesome for helping those at-risk kiddos. Geez, 3 already suspended huh? That's tough. What are you doing to unwind?

Well, I was informed this morning that Mr. T ran away during specials and had himself a little more recess time. Not sure which special it was (PE/Art/Music). Maybe he doesn't like a particular teacher and wanted to avoid it completely? Why didn't the teacher tell me this yesterday the day it happened? How can I address these things if no one tells me what's going on?! Helper came today 15 min. early to take him to pull out session. This interrupted his morning work and he was all shades of confused. Routine, hello?

Donna S - Aug 23, 2012 11:16 pm (#206 Total: 291)

Mom to Ryley, 26 weeker, Grace and Ethan, full-termers

Lauren - That just totally made me laugh.

Stacy - So happy to hear Elim is doing better. Yay! Aquarium trip sounds awesome.

Tracy - I don't know how you do it. Wahoo for bus dismissal getting better. Poor Ansley.....

Lindsay - At pick up? Seriously? Hope they take the suggestions to heart. Document!!!! Did the talk with the exchange student help?

Katie - Good luck! That does sound like an interesting year is on the horizon. How's Alex feeling?

Ellen - Good luck!!!

Well, Ethan had a much better morning today. He was reminded in therapy of the rewards for getting his morning jobs done. Today, he had everything done before I even came downstairs. Here's hoping it lasts. Yesterday was better than Tuesday, but still not great. Therapist said to just give him a couple of weeks to settle into the new routine and if he hasn't improved then, we will look at what's going on and address it more directly. This morning, he bopped a kid on the elbow walking into school because the kid was being sarcastic and told Ethan he was wrong about a friend's name. To most kids, it wouldn't matter, but telling Ethan he's wrong is like throwing a red flag in his face. Baby steps, right?

Grace starts her pre-pointe class tonight. I don't know who's more excited...me or her.

Akeelah's Mommy - Aug 23, 2012 11:47 pm (#207 Total: 291)

A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Stacy- Glad Elim is on the mend... love me some aquarium time!

Lindsay- Reframe... a runner is a great way to get an aide

Donna- Congrats to you and Grace! Oy.. telling Ethan he is wrong... I can see how that could get ugly quick...

The day hinges on whether Micah is going to actually fall asleep or just stare at the walls in his room...

Angel Love - Aug 24, 2012 1:38 am (#208 Total: 291)

Lauren~ That's a smart boy you have there!!! Least he didn't try to climb it before pondering what he should or shouldn't do! Hope he has sleeping plans too.

Stacy~ Glad E-man is doing better and ya'll were able to enjoy the aquarium!

Lindsay~ Seriously?? A day later on the running thing? Don't they understand that you need to handle things while he still remembers it and it can make a difference?

Donna~ Yay for Ethan having a great morning!!! He's getting it, but he's like the rest of us in that he needs some time to adjust to this crazy school stuff! I'm not usually a happy camper in the mornings either and it's my own schedule!!

How many days till SU???? I'm in serious need of some girl time and some time away from school.

Yes, we just started, but this is the most stressful year I've ever had!!

Arnara - Aug 24, 2012 1:57 am (#209 Total: 291)

Donna: pre-point??? is that ballet? Oh yes I totally understand you, the same here with S even if a kid looks him "strange" (I don't know what is that strange look) ... glad Ethan is getting into mornings routines....

Lindsay: How a 5 year-old kid can escape from class??? this strange things from teachers makes me think of homeschooling... Did you spoke with your exchange student?? I think you need a chore board....

Stacy: glad Elim is feeling better.... I love aquariums, I hope Elim enjoy it...

Ellen: glad to see you here, oh so you start next week work... good luck....

Katie: oh those viruses are quick, 3rd day and sick, poor Alex.... suspended those kids in the 3rd day! really where do you work??

Tracy: sorry Ansley is upset, poor girl, I know I get you I can't stand crying, and miss V is getting like truly drama queen... drives me insane sometimes all her crying....

Lauren: I loved that word and explanation.... So funny Micah... he amazed me how much and well he speaks...

Liz: how is work?

Well I am still trying to catch a flight for SU, so complicated, seems like everyone is traveling to Orlando this year in October, in fact I spoke to 3 different friends and all told me they will be in Orlando in those days.... And since I like to plan and plan every single detail in a trip, and study all my options, I have been studying how to get from the airport to hotel, bus you take the route 111, shuttle you have to schedule before the trip, taxi is like $60 to the hotel and did you know there is a kind of Titanic museum, and a B. B. King blues bar/restaurant (so different to travel without the kids so many more options).

Hope you all had a great Thursday

Lorena

Tracy- I'm with you... Share mommas "in real life" ooooooooh you just can not top it!!

Lorena- Whew! It is a popular place! What a small world (after all... it's a small world after alll... now stuck in my head) that all those friends will be there too!!

Nap... check. And today is Lance's birthday, and for his birthday he wanted to have "movie night" and introduce Micah to his fav movie Wizard of Oz..

Mom to Donovyn (32 weeker), Tristyn (34 weeker), and Naethyn (30 weeker born sleeping)

Donna - I'm glad his day ws better and he was reminded of those incentives.

Lorena - Sounds like a lot of exciting things to do in Orlando:) Yeah, his class is right by a door which leads to outside (gated of course, but still).

Lauren - Congrats on your post! That's a lot of posts:) Yeah, just trying to keep all of the facts straight and dates written correctly.

I was on the phone last night with his teacher for more than an hour talking about what's working and what isn't. The sit-down with the exchange student went well Wed. night. She was receptive:) It's Friday right? It's Friday? Last minute lunches to pull together and off to school we go, I mean, the kids, I mean me, I mean . . . what's my name?

Mom to Ryley, 26 weeker, Grace and Ethan, full-termers

Lauren - Congrats on 8000 posts, and on Micah napping!! Happy Birthday to Lance.

Lindsay - Sooooo feeling that pain of not even knowing your own name. Yay on the chat with the student going decently well.

Tracy - Amen!! Cannot wait to see you all and get some real live hugs. Sending thoughts and prayers your way this year is better than it has started.

Lorena - Yes, pre-pointe is for ballet. My little girl is one step away from being a "real ballerina" (as she says). Good luck finding a flight. :-0 Ethan is the same way with getting those "strange looks" from other kids. Sigh....

Pre-pointe class went pretty well. Grace is realizing how much work this year is going to be for her. But she loved it. Time to get my house cleaned. I don't even know where to start.

Donna- Where to start cleaning your house? The wine bottle

Hi girls,
just a quickie. no time or energy to write much ... i got about four good hours of sleep in a nine-hour period thanks to a little munchkin who's got some teeth coming in.

anyhoo -- one for your friday laughs: the other night i was doing dishes and realized it was too quiet in the living room. walked in to find Kelsey chewing on one of kaelin's crayons. Later in the evening, we were in the bathroom getting ready for bedtime, and the little stinker licks the side of the toilet.

have a great weekend everyone.

Elim is back to 100%!! Today we went to the zoo and there were some pretty cute baby gorillas playing out there! Then we went to my brother's work, he works at deljou art group. It was so cool seeing all those pieces of art most of which were at least five figures and seeing some of the ones my brother had worked on!

Stacy~ Sounds like a cool job! Glad Elim is feeling much better.

I'm watching Bravo right now and am amazed at how many "Real Housewives" shows there are! We could start our own show..."Real Housewives of March of Dimes!!" Probably be a boring show though because we don't generally create drama with one another and it'd turn out like one of the fun party shows on MTV.

I've got a splitting headache right now and the computer screen isn't helping much. I'll check back later.....

Lauren - Yeah, it was a long conversation. We'll see if she puts anything more into place. She has her hands full with a couple of kiddos who are keeping her on her toes.

Tracy - Yay, I so wish the 3-day weekend was THIS weekend. Like so many, I could use it now. It's coming. I can see it . . . Hope your headache went away.

Lorena - It's such a bad situation for him. He was in the nurse's office AGAIN yesterday and had hit his head (maybe on purpose this time). It's awful for him right now.

Yesterday was another trying day. I'm just shaking my head concerning Mr. T and all that's happened to him at school. Hubby hurt his back again today. No, I didn't sit on him! He was carrying some cases of water and he pulled "something." He's got the heating pad and Aleve and everyone is putting up with my culinary expertise right now. Yikes!

Katie~ Stay safe! I know ya'll are use to it, but for those of us who only get the rain and tornados from these storms, they seem a bit scary!! Glad those republicans delayed their start for a day to let Issac make his entrace---and exit!!

Lauren~ Stop rubbing it in that you're not working full time AND moreso that you're going swimming......that's not nice! It's still hot here (obviously), but I can't seem to find time to get to the pool ever.

Lindsay~ Hope the hub's back is better soon. That's always tough to go through with a spouse. I'm sure your kiddos will love your cooking too!

Liz~ Baking on a Sunday afternoon.....I might enjoy that if I didn't have to have my nap!!

Is it too early to whine about the fact that tomorrow is Monday???? I'm thankful for my job, but honestly....I'm not over last week yet!

Lauren-
3cps of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of zucchini(shredded)
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
2tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1cup of vegetable oil
2tsp vanilla extract

set oven 350*, mix it all together, bake for 50 minutes

I made 3 batches today 1 with choc chips(2cups) in it, 1 with crushed walnuts(1cup), and one with butterscotch chips(2 cups)

Each batch yeilds 3 loaf pans.

I made 5 loafs, 12 cupcake size muffins, and 72 mini muffins, all of this from 2 zucchini from our garden.

Yes, I can say this with no shame, I have no idea how to swim. So have fun swimming laps!

Liz- How do you shred Zucchini? I am no Martha Stewart.

Tracy- Nope I don't think so, Mondays are total bummers.

Speaking of bummers, we went to one of our fav lil' cafe's last week.. but they were having kitchen troubles so we left.. and to make light of it I said to Micah, That's funny the kitchen is broken. And re retorted with, "That's not funny- that's a bummer."

Not such a zuchini fan myself..... Ya'll enjoy your bread!

Lauren~ That little boy is so hilarious!!!

Today at lunch, my sister (who has lost 33 lbs!!!) was talking about the dress that she had on. She said that it wouldn't zip and wouldn't fit over her hips and she was able to wear it with extra room today. Ansley reached over and put out her hand for a high five and said, "I hear ya girl!"

It was like she understood the hard work!! I guess she does...just in the opposite direction. She fought to gain, while my sister fights to lose!

Hi all!!! Where do the weekends go?

Lorena - I beat myself up all the time for Ethan's anxieties and lack of self-esteem. But then I have to realize it comes with his diagnosis. Deep breath!! Three-day weekend next weekend is for the Labor Day Holiday.

Liz - Sounds super yummy. Darn - now I wish I could have convinced Michael to plant zucchini in our garden.

Lauren - I can just hear Micah saying that. Too cute. lol on starting the house cleaning with wine. Yay for pool time!! Our Macy's had the Shop for A Cause too. You have your incentive gift cards already?

Lindsay - Hope hubby's back feels better quickly. Grrrr...what does it take for people to realize Mr T needs a full-time aide? Poor little guy. Have you tried putting headphones on him in class? Makes a world of difference for Ethan's focus when he doesn't have all the stimulation of the noise around him.

Katie - Thinking of you guys. Be safe!!!

Tracy - Good for your sister! That's awesome. So sweet of Ansley.

Surviving the weekend. We have one weekend off next week before we go full-on with the soccer schedule. SCARED!!! Ethan and Ryley had practice games yesterday. Ethan was ready to go 45 minutes before we had to leave for his game. He had the biggest smile on his face the entire time he was on the field. Yes, this momma got all choked up. He takes that joy in so few things (things not involving Legos, the computer, his DS, or the Wii that is). Blessedly his coach is the type that truly believes in playing all the kids equally no matter their skill, and teaching them to just have fun and enjoy the game. Both boys won their games. I haven't seen Ryley have this much fun with soccer in a few years. He had six shots on goal (they all missed) and three assists. Yay!

Angel Love - Aug 27, 2012 12:04 am (#234 Total: 291)

Donna - That's so awesome! Yay for your boys! I'm lovin' the soccer coach's style too:) We had the Macy's Shop For a Cause too. Urgh, I chose a Kmart one though. I'm all stocked up on cleaning products now. He wears headphones when he's at the computer. I don't know, but I'm wondering if we can even go a month like this before our next IEP meeting?

Liz - Sounds super yummy! Thanks for the recipe:)

Lauren - Did you get to the pool? We had to go twice today to get that energy out. What a cutie pie! How is your littlest M doing?

Tracy - Hoorah for weightloss! That's awesome for your sister!

Lorena - Hope S's playdate went okay and his ride came sooner than later.

There's a mom whose daughter really wants a playdate with Mr. T, but she looks like she's out on parole. There are people with her. Maybe supervised visitation? I don't know how that works. She said she doesn't drive. Not sure how to proceed. Run?! I'm off to write that e-mail to the AP. Aaaaah!

Donna- you don't know how your comments are a balsm to my heart, you make me know I am not alone in this scary boat, and that is not me doing things wrong... Sometimes when you speak of Ethan I think you are describing S exactly even their plays... Wii, DS, Lego, computer...

Lindsay: so sorry for Mr. T head... Hope they can come up with plan B soon in school... Oh that is nice, and good sign, when kids want to invite your kid for playdate, I advice you a neutral place like a park or kids restaurant or something...I am sure of your cooking abilities,Hope your husband is feeling better...

Tracy: that is awesome, your sister, really next year Ansley is heading to middle school??? Hope your headache is better..

Katie: how scary... Keep safe...

Liz: mmm nice recipe thx for sharing it...

Lauren: so funny Micah! Oh Hope your DH had a nice Birthday

So my DH worked all day yesterday, we stayed home... Today we went to a kids park, then to have lunch, later to Sears ( not like in US ) so funny S used to said when he was little that it was "his" fabric , he remembered it and we laughed, and he told me why he thought it was his.... Because of The big S also as his name... We had one of those happy days, when S don't have his fits, and make me glimpse The results of all our efforts with him...
Miss V is so funny, she is like my sweet girl that help me with a laugh in those hard days... I love them both...

Stacy: It sounds good for me, a clean and safe nice bed not over pricey, wow you are moving around, hope you are enjoying your trip. How is Elim doing??

Jessica; I hear you on that, I have to fight my weight, it seems like an eternal battle, and my sister eats all she wants, never exercise and she is so slim and fit.... so not fair.... even with pregnancies, not a single complain in her pregnancies not even morning sickness, and she came out of the hospital using her pre pregnant clothes.... some people are so lucky....

Tracy: oh have you been able to take a nap this days??? Hope it was just a rough begining but the year will be get better and better

Lindsay: so sorry Mr. T had missed a lot of work, hopefully his Spec. Edu is helping in other areas, oh muffins...

Liz: how are you doing??? is Tori happy in school??

So my tiny little girl had a homework yesterday! she was so eager and happy to start working.... they told her the homework, and wrote on her agenda "remember your homework" I asked the teacher and she told me they are working responsability and memory, so she has to be able to remember her homework. We arrived home and I asked what was her homework, her face just glowed and she "explained" to me she has to bring a picture of an object or animal that starts with letter "R".... so I printed a frog (in Spanish is Rana) and she colored it, and we put it in a folder, and she put it in her backpack, so happy, then we continue "working" she is in love with stamps and glueing things to paper.....

Happy Tuesday everyone

Come to ShareUnion 2012: It's the BEST weekend ever!!!

Hi all, just popping in to say Hi. I've been busy this week, ugh! CA trip got cancelled for N and I, T went with my parents. N is in the PICU with pneumonia, doing better today though. It's always my luck that N gets sick right before a big trip. REframe: at least he didn't get sick on the plane!

Stacy - Travel safely!!

Lauren - So stinking cute. Hope you get some rest!!

Jess - This year, my schedule scares even me. Your sister is 6'2"??? Wow.

Lorena - It isn't fair is it? Love the photo. Kids are so excited about homework in those early years. That wears off quickly. But I can just imagine her....

Lindsay - Is he expected to do all that work? Seems like it defeats the purpose. There has to be a middle ground. Ugh.

Laura - So bummed you guys can't come. Hope N feels better quickly. Poor little guy. That just stinks.

Ugh - yoga instructor wanted us to be pretzels this morning. So did not go well. Ethan is doing a bit better this week. I finally just told him he has to do his side of the work from therapy or we go back to therapy every single week (instead of every other week). Don't want therapy to be a "punishment" because it isn't, but it is what it is. Even his therapist told him he has to do his work or come back every week.

Lauren: Haha!! I think we're gonna go to the Brookfield zoo, after that no clue! Sunday night it's supposed to get hit with leftovers from Isaac so it might be an indoors day depending on when it comes. Might check out the kids museum and maybe another one or so while I'm there! We'll be there Friday to Wednesday! Too stinking cute!!

Lindsay: Aww, that's not cool that he's missing so much on those pull outs! Are those the ones that he's not supposed to be having or are they legit ones?

Lorena: Elim is doing great! Loving all the attention and not doing too bad on the drives! Now we're in Cincinnati for a few nights with my Uncle. Those two are just too cute!

Laura: Aww, so sorry that Nathan is in the PICU, I hope he feels better soon! And oh, that poor sweet family, sending some prayers to them too. So unfair.

Donna: Glad this week is going better for E, hopefully he'll just continue to improve more and more!

Made it to Cincy today! Elim played with rocks in my Uncle's back yard and tried to eat a few of them too, then had dinner and went to a park then bath time and bed! Tomorrow we go to the zoo and the next day I have lunch with a very special Share momma to give her a big hug.

Lauren - Love your picture too!

Feel like I've been away forever. I'm trying to make myself be better about visiting other parts of Share by not posting in the Cafe until I've checked out the P-to-P area. Not sure it's working well though.

Micah did his first awful face plant today. Was holding on to something so nothing to brace himself but face on concrete. Such a trooper, I'd still be crying.

Come to ShareUnion 2012: It's the BEST weekend ever!!!

Lauren, poor Micah! Kids always seem to stop crying so soon after an injury. Trevor always stops crying long before I think I would.

Jackie... used to eat rocks, that made me snort I was laughing so hard.

Stacy, have a good time at the zoo! Hope you get to see lots of cool animals.

So the family across the hall was here for hours after everything was over. The hospital had to call securuty for the Dad because he was so upset he was throwing things in the hall, things like chairs. So awful for them.

In happy news, I started a rumor that N will go home today and it's really catching on. The Dr came in this morning and told Nathan he might get to go home and he was so excited he then relayed the news to his stuffed horse! I hope it comes true.

Laura - I'm very sorry that N is sick. I hope the rumor proves true and he gets to go home soon. Hugs to you and to that family.

Stacy - Good to hear that you made it there safely. Have a wonderful time!

Lauren - I hope li'l Micah is okay.

Donna - I'm not sure what's going on at this point. Instead of dealing with him, the teacher just gives him something to play with to keep him quiet. I hope E's therapy gets better for him. So hard Donna.

Jackie - Yay for your almost vacation very soon:)

Here's the plan. I'm going to request the date for our next IEP meeting as "the team" said that they want to meet again in a month. We'll discuss the data collection, etc. Then, I'll back off going for a few days before the meeting, so that they again can get a very clear picture of how much help he really needs (when I'm not there). I might actually get a paycheck this week. It's been a month, but there are some issues with payroll and well, it's just never easy is it?

Lauren - Poor Micah! How is his face? I hate *that* cry.

Laura - So is the rumor proving true!! Fingers crossed!! So sad for that poor family. No one should have to go through that.

Stacy - Wahoo on having a good little traveler. We went to Brookfield Zoo on a visit to Chicago. Loved it!!

Lindsay - Definitely give them a picture of how much help he needs. How sad is it we have to let our babies suffer and show their colors in order to get them the help they need?

Jackie - Just giggling.

Going to try running this morning for the first time since 4th of July. Wish me luck!

KHolley - Aug 29, 2012 3:09 pm (#259 Total: 291)

Lindsay-I hope that they are able to see exactly what he needs. Good luck!

Lauren-Poor Micah! That picture is so cute!!!!

Stacy-Have fun at the zoo. I am so jealous that you get to see a Share mom!

Laura-I hope that you are able to head home, keep spreading that rumor! I am so sorry/heartbroken for that family.

Lorena-We just worked on our first homework at my house! My kids were so excited to do it, let's hope that continues!

So, we had a hurricane day off thanks to Isaac and we got nothing! Only a Floridian would be disappointed!!!!

A moment in our arms, a lifetime in our hearts.

Katie- Those are the BEST days off! Enjoy!

Donna- His face... like he hit the cement. So hard to see him with owwies! Run on momma!

Lindsay- Always great to have a plan and yay for mula!

Stacy- Fun! Gotta say... if you're lookin to save pennies... Lincoln Park Zoo is really nice and free. My high school was across the street we used to spend lunches there! If rainy- kids Museum is great and the "Museum Campus" where the Aquarium and Field Museum is... and then there is just cruising State Street with all the fun shopping (Nordstrum's Rack.. brand new Target...)

Miss Makaela slept through the night! Well 9p-5a! In honor I got up so I could have morning coffee alone time with my Share... faaaaabulous.

Lauren - Wow, she slept through the night?! Yay! I bet that morning coffee sure was tasty.

Stacy - Sounds like tons of fun stuff to do and see. How are you going to choose?

Donna - Hope you had a nice run this morning:)

I'm at home for lunch for a little while before I run out and teach in the afternoon. I was looking around for something to quickly heat up and I guess I forgot a beer in the freezer from last night. Oops.

Lauren - Poor baby. That stinks. But super ya on Little Miss sleeping through the night. Yahoo!!

Stacy - I'd opt for the shopping on State Street. LOL. Enjoy! You're not far from Karri.

Lindsay - ruh roh. I've seen what happens when beer is left in the freezer. No bueno.

Laura - Any updates on the release?

Run was good. I hate starting over. I feel so slow. But I did it, and I guess you have to start somewhere even when starting over. My booty is draggin though. I don't drink coffee before a run, which means I haven't had any caffeine all day today. Hittin up Starbucks before I go pick up the kids. Then it's book club night after the craziness of getting Ryley and Grace to their soccer practices.

Jackie: LOL, woohoo for a back to school vacay!

Lauren: Aww, poor buddy, concrete is the worst to fall on! Yeah, but parking is $20-24 there! At Brookfield tickets are 15 and parking is 10 so it's not much cheaper!

Laura: Wow, I guess grief makes some people do crazy things. I hope that the dad got enough of his anger out to be more rational today.

Lindsay: Ugh, payroll issues?! Luckily never had to deal with those but that would totally suck! Email me when you get a chance today! For some reason the email address I have for you isn't delivering!

Donna: Your dragging through is probably my sprinting speed right about now, lol.

Lorena: Cool, I'll have to check that out!

Had fun at the Cincinnati zoo with my Uncle, and my cousin's daughter came over and she wrangled Elim all afternoon, woohoo! Ugh, I'm so tired! I should head to bed soon, so much to get caught up on though! Hopefully it'll happen once I'm in the hotel by myself in Chicago without feeling like I have to visit with everyone, lol.

I sure will give Jen a big ole hug from you all!

Lauren-Congrats on Makaela sleeping through the night. I am sorry about Micah's fall. Where did you go to high school. Patrick taught at The Latin School across from Lincoln Park when we lived there.

Stacey- Your trip sounds like so much fun (minus the illnesses). I hope you have a good day today.

Lorena- THe kids look great!

Donna- Congrats on getting back to running. The amount of energy it takes to overcome the initial inertia is the worst. I hope Ethan's week continues to improve.

Laura- I hope Nathan goes home today or tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Jackie- Your vacation is almost here!

Lindsay- I hpe you do get paid and that you can move that IEP meeting up ASAP so Mr. T and you can get some relief.

Abigail had her first day of school this week. She loves it but there is no homework yet or work, really so we will see how long this lasts. Even better she wanted to know why she had to wait to start her tutor for two weeks. Relief all-around that the tutor wanted to do it again (she has a full-time teaching job) and that Abigail was excited. I had my first day of classes too. It seemed to go well so the semester is off and running. Today I need to play catch-up.
I hope everyone's Labor Day weekends don't get rained out by Issaac.

Morning,

Woke up to the thickest fog I've seen in years.

Also woke up with a snot nose, and chunky cough. -mumbling profanities-

You know what I hate, when I spend money on...lets say...a Nike+ for jogging/running purposes, and the -profanity- thing won't load to my computer, won't update any of my stuff. I've done everything it's said to do, done all of the updates....nothing seems to be working.

I have nothing constructive to offer at this point in time.

So...I come home from the gym to my front yard being dug up by the gas man, no gas to the house(so I can take a hot shower), and a herd of columbia gas men standing around, while one of them is actually digging.

Dudes, today is nearly miserable. You ever have a day when the simple-ist, dumbest things keep happening? I woke up to snot face, tried to upload my workout after the gym, again...FAIL, T and I go to the grocery and she has this dang puppy on wheels that she has to take everywhere, his leg fell off in the grocery store, that I had to go look for, as it was no where in sight, then when I put down my 35# bag of cat food, my sunglasses got crunched under the bag and broke.

Update: The hole in my yard is now bigger as they keep digging along the road. And 2 of the guys standing around are smoking, fairly close to the hole being dug.....Dudes, it's a gas line, man. You're going to blow my house up!

Like Lauren's "Keep swimming" I feel like saying..."keep whining" because that's all I've been doing today. *

Yesterday Nathan was askimg me about his "ammonia" It really cracks me up that after all these years of having pneumonia he still calls it ammonia.

My family has all been sending me pictures of Trevor this week, it looks like he's having such a great time in CA with all of them. So glad my family is willing to at least allow one of my boys to have a great vacation. I got a picture yesterday of him covered in sand from head to toe and laying on the beach, my mom said he almost fell asleep!

Liz - I'm just sorry. Uh, had a similar thing happen this week too. Really hard when they want that ONE toy and you have absolutely no idea where THEY left it. And it's when you have a bunch of stuff in your arms or to do and you're already late. Just scream and/or drink or BOTH:) Always cold beer in my house. It's a must at this point.

Needless to say....this week almost got the best of me!!

Laura~ I'm glad to hear that Nathan and his "ammonia" are out of the hospital! I am sad to hear of the family who had to say goodbye. The fit of rage from that father is so understandable.

Liz~ Hope the electronics are working out for ya.

Jackie~ Did you say you ate rocks??? You know they ask that question about kids at the peds office!!

Stacy~ Hope you enjoy the big city travels.

Katie~ Glad ya'll missed Issac.... Yeah, only you would be sad that you didn't get more weather.

Donna~ Running??? I'm still not on board with that physically. Mentally, I think I would, but I just can't get started!

Lindsay~ It's sad that you have to pull back your parental support for the teachers and admin to get the pic of the need for a personal assistant.

Lorena~ Here I am!!! I'm swamped at work and feel like the walking dead when I get home!!

Lauren~ Love the pic of the kidlets. Can't quite pick out which parent Miss M. looks like. Yay for her sleeping all night!!! That's my kinda girl!!

Tomorrow is kickoff for my sweet Bulldogs!! Tonight is kickoff for my high school team and I'm super excited about both!!

Looking most forward (is that a word combination or what) to sleeping in in the morning!!!!!

Lorena - Hope you found some cool books with S at the Book Fair:)

Ellen - Happy First week for you and Abigail. We're a few weeks in and we're starting to see more homework assignments. I feel like I'm always doing homework with Mr. T. He misses so much while he's at his morning and afternoon pull-out. I sort of thought he'd be excused from some stuff. Something to bring up at the next IEP I guess. I'm so glad she likes her tutor. Yay for awesome teachers, tutors, and support staff!

Stacy - Hope you're seeing some great sites:) Thanks for keeping me in the loop too.

Katie - Are you guys okay? I just keeping seeing all that water.

There's an away FB game tonight. My hubby volunteered to drive a white bus and take the drumline over. Oh, the extras people do to keep a job:) I thought it would be a good idea for our host student to get out of the house and go too. Can't say she was thrilled, but in any case, I have the house to myself with just the kiddos right now and it's really nice. Trying to get a headstart on chores so that I can actually attempt to enjoy this long weekend.

Today we went for a walk with Nathan along the bike path that runs along the river. It was actually really pretty until we got too close to Albany, then we turned around due to some questionable patrons of the bike path

It's been nice to spend some time with just Matt, Nathan and myself while Trevor is in CA. I think Nathan is really enjoying it also, he likes to get all the attention.

OK, that's all for now. We're getting Nathan ready to go see Matt's parents since today is his mom's birthday. Hope you are all enjoying the holiday weekend!

Ansley went to the game today and just got home! As always....she had a great time! That girl is turning out to be quite the football kid!

Sorted through a few more piles of those small mountains of paper in our room. Back in binders and recycled a bunch. Still a few more piles to go through, but I can see more of the floor now. Laura, So glad you had fun at the fair and Nathan did, too! We had a similar fair here, we went Friday, and that was Tori's favorite part too, the 6 big barns of stinky A$% animals.
Ps-I run super slow, like molases, slow, and do much better on a treadmill than ground!

Lindsay, I love eliminating piles of paperwork, and have fun at the aquarium!

    Stacy, still safe travels!

I'm not sure on the rest....

Happy labor day! Dudes, I got new running shoes, let me tell you how fabulous they are. Like jogging on marshmellows, no more shin splints, they are awesome. Asics-nimbus 14 Love them. So much so, I did 17 miles in 3 days....My legs hurt a little and my butt hurts a tad, but I'm hoping to get another 5 in today. FYI-fat people don't run or jog or exercise. I've been trying to be healthier for 89 days now and have lost 15 pounds. My husband said my boobs are bigger than my gut now, so I must be doing something right? Eh? bbl....

Laura~ I was telling someone about our first meeting the other day. My friend couldn't believe that I told you the spreadsheets were a bit nerdy. I said that the best thing is you got my sarcasm and still speak to me years later!! That's a good friend!

I'm so enjoying my Labor Day Holiday!!! I'm doing NOTHING and that's just what the dr. ordered. The sinus mess is still here, but I feel a lot better than I did yesterday!

Liz - That's awesome news! I'm so glad that you're lovin' your new shoes. Nothing like a great pair of shoes:) You go girl! Always nice to get a compliment on the ladies:)

Tracy - Sounds like a good plan. Sorry for the lingering sinus mess. You know what I love most about 3-day weekends? Four-day work weeks:)

We went to the aquarium yesterday. The boys had a good time and that's what matters MOST to me. Exchange student wasn't too excited about the ticket price and the experience she had for the money. I was telling her about Sea World and the Scripps Aquarium in CA, but at the rate we're going, it's doubtful we'll get to take her. I'm starting to wonder if she'd be happier with another family? I knew this experience would come with some challenges and I'm hoping it will get better, but how long do you give someone before you say, "This isn't working . . ." While not favorable, they can make a change. I am trying to put something in the works for the sake of my sanity. Just keep swimming . . . just keep swimming . . .

Mom to Emilyn and Hailey (our 20 week angels) and Elim (our 38 week, full term miracle)!

Tracy: Boo! My sinuses have been attacking me lately too, luckily nothing too horrible, just annoying. Hope you're feeling better!

Lindsay: I can relate to the piles and piles of paper, I hate going through it all so it just builds and builds till I can't stand it anymore. Bummer that things aren't going fantastic with the exchange student, did you say you'd have her for the whole year? Maybe they'll be able to find another family for her to stay with that clicks better with her.

Lorena: Trip is going well! See below for Share mommas!

Laura: Elim loves farm animals! He saw horses and lambs farm yesterday and just kept waving and saying hi!

Liz: Wow, that's awesome! I'm lucky to get even one mile in let alone 17 in three days!! Charles' aim for this deployment was to get 300 in for the time he was there. He's up to 274 but now he's injured his leg and possibly might not make it. He's hoping it's only strained because after a bit of rest he should be better, if it's a torn muscle or compartment syndrome not so much.

Tomorrow I venture into the city, making my plan of attack right now! Kinda nervous to be going into the city by myself with Elim but I figure with a good play in place it should be fun!

Be jealous, be very very jealous. First in Cincinnati I met Jen (liams mommy) for lunch and gave her a big ole hug. Then today I met Sarah (brocksmom06) along with her sweet Millie Bug and Brock!

Aww.....Stacy! That makes me so sad that we weren't able to get together while you were visiting your brother. Between my school schedule and Elim's hand, foot, and mouth issues it just didn't work out!
