Hi Audrie's mom, Welcome to Share. I'm so glad to meet another Share Texan...and almost Houstonian at that. LOL I just sat on a bedrest panel at Memorial Herman last week. Gosh you are close Jaclyn!! So nice to have someone so close that has been through the same things! I have a blog but I haven't really figured out whats going on yet! I'm a little slow!  Congrats on your beautiful children and I can't wait to hear more about them!! YAY for our TEXAS PREEMIES!!!

I searched for your blog and found "Little Burp" but couldn't read the posting just the comments. Another Texan Here
I'm new to Share and trying to learn how everything works here. I'm from Houston but I live in Splendora, which is right outside of Houston. I'm pretty close to many other cities too. My first preemie was born at Memorial Hermann but my second preemie (my little angel in the sky) was born in Temple. I hope to meet some Texans and make some friends.

My son ryan was there from may 7th to july 23rd. I loved them. The nurse were so sweet. They felt like our second family. My husband is a soldier and was supposed to go in the feild for 3 weeks and there wrote a letter to his CO to get him to stay behind. They also tried to do whatever they could for us.
P.S. Im new to this site and im not sure how to start my own post or where to do my intro.

I think it is great that you want to be a volunteer for Mod!! I have a couple of links here that might help lead you in the right direction. Houston Area Moms of Preemies
Hey everyone!
I am a mother of 2 boys (one of which was a preemie born at 24 weeks gestation) living in the Cypress Texas area. I am walking with my family for the March for Babies in May and I am looking for 11 or so other moms of preemies living in the area to help me with a fun fundraising project. I have a blog and dabble in photography and would love to make a vintage inspired calendar of March of Dimes Moms to sell to raise money toward our goal. This will be very tasteful (very PG and classy) and will be sold online on my blog as well as locally. I'd like to get started RIGHT AWAY since there is not much time left to pull this together and would like to do the photo shoot the first week of April sometime. This is totally for fun so don't feel like you have to be stick thin or a pro to be a model!
