I am so sorry you lost your little Xavier. I just caught up on your blog, and feel the pain you speak of. My son, Liam was born a year ago this past Monday, and died one year ago this coming August 14th. Those first few months were terrible, and though the pain never goes away completely, it does change.
Good luck returning to work next week. Like Lauren said, it's not going to be easy, but we will all be here for you....i often check the share sight while at work (as i am now), everyone here is so supportive. I clearly remember my first week back- i was ready to quit after my first day, and sobbed the entire car ride home each day. Just know that it will get easier as well. Your co-workers might not understand, and be unsure what to say, but give it a chance. just take it day by day. if you have a good friend at work, let them know it's okay to talk about Xavier when you're ready.
Sending many hugs your way!
Jennifer

There's nothing really you can do to stop lactating unfortunately. It takes about two weeks from the time you stop pumping for it to go away. That's how long it took for my milk to dry up after I stopped pumping. The worst for me was having to throw away all the milk I had stored for my little guy. I asked my husband to do it, I couldn't handle it.

I am so sorry that you are dealing with that right now, that is the last thing you need. I hope that it stops soon.
