Jennifer,

I'm so glad to hear that you took charge and decided to see a new OB. I have always had that guilty feeling also when leaving a doctor too, even when I know there is good reason that I'm switching...but know that you are doing what's right for you, and for that you should not feel guilty.

I hope that this new OB is able to give you the answers and direction you need in order to conceive again. I'm right there with you!

Good luck with your new OB!!! I've had three kids and three OB's...my last was BY FAR the best! I think you'll know as soon as you meet with the new one. As soon as I saw my current OB for the first time, I knew she was perfect for me...and it only got better from there.
Being proactive is SO important...when you've had a rough history it'll help ease your mind if nothing else.
Keep us posted on how it goes. You'll be in my thoughts!

     Don't feel bad about going out and finding a new OB. A proactive approach is something we need now after a loss, both to get pregnant and then to stay pregnant. You definitely have reason to want to have it looked at for your luteal phase. Each pregnancy as different, your hormones can change after a pregnancy so having that short of a luteal phase is definitely something that needs to be fixed! I hope that your new OB takes great care of you, it's so scary switching from what you're used to! I'll be doing the same here in about three weeks and I'm freaked out to say the least! Keeping you in my thoughts!

Good for you for advocating for yourself. Change is always hard as is explaining our stories. My hope is that your new OB will be full of understanding and have a proactive approach that puts your mind at ease.

Jennifer-

Good for you. I think you have made a very smart decision. I changed my OB from my last pregnancy and I am sooooooooooooooo happy. Remember. if you don't like this one, you can always find another. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT and you want to be with someone you trust. If I didn't trust my current team, there is no way I would be able to do this.
