Congratulations! I think only you know when it's right to tell people. If you're not comfortable just yet, then maybe wait until after you have your upcoming appt. My first baby was a 32-weeker and I was very nervous about my second pregnancy. Usually, one is monitored more frequently and there are more things in place. A good doctor, someone who is monitoring you, can make all the difference. It's okay to shop around for a better OB:) Deep breaths and one day at a time. Good luck on Wednesday!

Well first of all... long time no see!
Congratulations. Pregnancy with your eyes wide open of everything that can happen is a scary thing. What brought me peace was having a plan in place that I felt comfortable with.
