michael's birthm_jones92 - 03:37am Feb 13, 2012 ESTwhen I was just 32 weeks pregnant I went for a check up and ended up in the hospital because the doctor couldn't find the baby heart beat. it turned to be lack of oxygen and I ended up having to have a c-section done right away and when he was born I didn't even get to see him because he was transferred to another hospital right away and was in the nicu for about 3 weeks. it was the hardest thing having to go thru but now my son is 2 months old and he is healthy as can be.im doing the walk in the name of those babies who werent as lucky

Welcome to SHARE. I'm so glad to know that your baby boy met his NICU goals and was able to come home to you. I bet he's just the light of your life and bringing you smiles. My first baby was a 32-weeker and also spent three weeks in two NICUs. As an angel mom, I really appreciate you mentioning that you are walking not only for your son, but for all of the other babies who weren't able to come home.
Big hugs,
Lindsay
