Lauren I'm here I'm here!!!! OK starting to really relax now and feel like I can actually start talking about it more and getting more excited. Still very scared but getting more optimistic that this will happen. We are 27 weeks on Thursday with our little Keith Jr. Cant wait!!!!

Thanks all. But don't wish 39+ weeks for me, the MFM consult said it will always be unsafe to go past 36/maybe 37wks, cause of classical c-section. This REALLY scared me, but consult was months ago and I've come to terms or I wouldn't be doing this... So wish me 36wks, that's all that's safe.  Took 3 hpts today, all+, and icky cramps all day too. Guess I'm really preg. A few times today felt bad about moving on to this, as if I'm moving past James and leaving him behind... I hope he looks out for me and this little-one-to-be.

Lauren's newest addition to the family was born this morning at 6 lbs 3 oz, another little girl! They haven't come to a decision on spelling quite yet but will share her name when they do! She's having some difficulties with blood sugars and O2 sats so send some extra positive thoughts her way!

Lauren, thanks for posting, I went over and checked Jennifer's update. So.....  my 24 hour urine test came back with 305 protein. I collected the urine last Sunday, dropped it off bright and early Monday morning, but didn't hear back until Friday morning because of the holiday week. My baseline was 168, so it has gone up quite a bit. I am 28 weeks, 3 days pregnant, so already further along than with Tucker, which is great. So the nurse asked me to come in so that she could check my BP, it was 130/80 in the office. The top number has never gone above 122 or so. I checked my BP in the Wal Mart pharmacy on July 4, it was 122/82 after a pretty busy day. So I have been feeling pretty good. 305 is just barely over the limit of 300 for pre-e, and without the high BP there isn't a diagnosis. So I am going to check my BP at home at least once a day, my SIL is an RN so I may get her to come over and check it manually, as my automatic BP cuff seems to give me crazy numbers. I go back to my OB on Monday for the glucose test and for my 28 week appt, so I'll ask her what the plan is from now on. Leigh

Aw Leigh, that sucks. We started at 198 and our 25 week was 400... and it wound up staying between 400-500 the whole time... I hope that is what happens with you... or better yet it just drops back down. It made our doctors wonder if whatever happened with our Micah's pregnancy had left me with a lil' bit of kidney damage. May your BP stay nice and low for um the next 12 weeks!

Sam, you look great! and I am jealous, because you look cute and preggo! I just look fat! Still, at 28 weeks! The other day one of Tucker's nurses was telling me that she is 20 weeks pregnant....so I said "congrats, I am almost 27 weeks" and she just stared at me like I was lying! Most of the people I work with don't even realize it unless I wear obvious maternity clothes. I have gained almost 20 pounds...it is just very evenly distributed around my legs, arms, face...and just part of it in my tummy! My OB says I am measuring great.... My BP was a bit high yesterday, so I laid on my left side for 30 minutes, and my mom took it again. Then it was perfect. Well today it was perfect even just sitting up, so maybe I will have ups and downs. That is much better than just going up, up, up. Oh and Sam I noticed you are standing in a decorated nursery? I need to get working on that,  Easton's room still has Tucker in it....and Tucker's new room looks like a war zone! DH's sprained ankle is still pretty bad, so I don't see the rooms getting moved any time soon! Leigh

Leigh- Up and down is way cooler than up up up! And I know you look faaaaabulous and I want to see pictures! I'm totally bummed that delivery didn't magically fix everything. My swelling was the worst yesterday, my feet looked like big chubby rectangles, saw spots and BP still stupid. How ridiculous is that. Here's our latest Share baby. And we're stickin' with Makaela as the spelling.

Oh Lauren, she is beautiful!!! Yeah, I've heard several stories of women whose pre-e hangs on after delivery Sorry that you are one of them! Have they let you go home from the hospital? What about Miss M? What does Micah think of her?? Lindsay, Tucker is very excited! But it is because he is ready to have someone smaller than him to boss around He loves babies, he sees them at the mall, dr office, etc., and wants to run up and hold them and instruct the mother "feed him! change him!" We bought Easton a few little bittie outfits, and Tucker says "pashamas for Baby Eaton" lol We ask him "what does the baby say?" and he says "wah! wah!" in a very soft high pitched voice....he is in for a rough reality check when the baby is louder than that So we'll see how it all goes, Tucker is definitely used to being the only prince in the castle! Saw the OB today, BP was perfect, sat through the one hour glucose screen, get to go back in two weeks for a growth scan and the start of biweekly appointments....such an odd feeling!!

3 am and I was woke up to the beat feeling of little man just facing about! Kicking hard enough for me to feel from the outside. Tried waking up dh to feel but he us out cold! Love.these kicks, every single kick!

Aww Samantha those kicks are so awesome. I miss them already especially when I see Makaela kick and think... aw I totally know what that feels like... especially since she should still be inside. Today probably would have been her birthday.

I'm giddy. I'll be calling the doctor's office tomorrow to ask about changing my BP meds... like skipping a dose!! My morning BP is too LOW! Woo Hoo! It's still high by the end of the day, but morning... I just can't function with BP of 111/50! I'm hoping to maybe get down to one lunch time dose to get me through my evening highs... and then maybe none!!

Lauren Makaela is so pretty. I bet your are enjoying every min. with her. I know that I can't get enough of Kai. Glad to hear that your BP is coming down. Well at least in the morning. Samantha feeling the kicks are the best feeling a mother could feel. I would just watch Kai moving and think so that is what you were doing in there. Leigh I hope that your BP stays on the some what normal range. No going up. Tucker sounds like he will be a big helper letting you know what the baby needs. He will be a great big brother. Keep the babies cooking. I can't believe it's been 4 weeks since I had Kai. He's getting so big and I was finally able to add a picture to my blog. Hope everyone has a great Friday and Weekend.

Had a day of high BP yesterday. Called Dr and they had me come in BP was back to normal by the time I left and no protein in urine! I was able to go home after a few hours, now that we are flying by milestone that have haunted me.throughout this pregnancy. Now my fear goes to my Bp. I feel like there is constant fear somewhere. I'm enjoying the kicks.

Just realized this is the longest I've ever been pregnant not on bedrest! I was put on bed rest with Jadon at 24 weeks. Today I'm 24 weeks and not on bed rest.... crazy!

Samantha- That's an awesome milestone! Sorry to hear about the BP spike, it's a double edged sword to be scared of high BP since it always seems to scoot those numbers up! Always frustrated me. I'm hopeful those numbers will behave!
I forget how much newborns sleep!

Sam~ Yay for no bedrest!! ....or as Lauren says....NO WHAMMIES!!!  Lauren~ Use that time to sleep too!!! I know you have Micah there too, but when they're both sleeping....it's mommy naptime too. That's the rule!!  Laura~ I can't believe it's been 4 weeks either!!! That little guy is going to be walking before I turn around!
