Hi everyone. My baby Joseph Enrique Portugal was born on July 26, 2011. He was 3'14oz at birth. He spent a month in the NICU at Miller Childrens Hospital in Long Beach,CA. He now is doing better other than he might have Cerebal Palsy and he has to do physical therepy 3 times a week. He is also has developmental delays, the doctors say he is at a 3-5 month old when he is only 9 months old. Please pray for him to get better.
