Raising awareness through scrapbooking and storyboards

DNASMOM - 11:29pm Dec 9, 2007 EST
Mom to a feeder and grower born June 2004 almost 33 wks 2lb 13 oz.

Prematurity Awareness month has come to an end for 2007, but there is no reason we can't continue to raise awareness throughout the year.

Have you ever considered raising awareness through scrapbooking or storyboards? The March of Dimes has thought of such a concept with their new website Every Baby Has a Story. It allows you to create a scrapblog that you can email to family members and friends. There is even an area for readers to sponsor your story.

I thought it would be fun to do something similar here at Share. In this thread we can exchange tips and ideas on how to create a srapbook page or storyboard that will tell your child's story and help raise awareness to our mission. You can talk to your local chapter about displaying your page or storyboard at an upcoming event such as March for Babies (formerly Walkamerica) Maybe you would just like to create a page as a keepsake of your child(ren).

I know we have lots of scrapbook lovers here at Share so lets share ideas. Get out those templates and cricuts and let's crop!!

If you have an idea on how to raise awareness through scrapbooking or storyboards, please share it here.
