please help i am worried

hi all,

am 29yrs old, I have a history of spanteous rupture of membranes. Coming to history I had my first pergaancy and when I was 18weeks i had a MC the doctors informed later it was due to Incompetent cervix, i had a light bleeding and doctors said they would perform a cerlcage but after observation for two days there said it was too late as my baby hand had come out of the bag, and then there induce an injection and then later i had my baby removed naturally.

in the report the doctor had mentioned about the cervical stitch to be done in next pergancy, as my cervix was measured 2cms in first pergancy.

later after 5months,i had a regular period,very thing was normal. after 6months i became pergant again,this time i had type2 diebates during the 10weeks,i was under insulin on 6-8-8 units,later in 13week i had a cervical stitch done which was SHIROKARS METHOD,i was there for 24hrs observation in a little bleeding. later it had gone. the doctor said for rest of 7days.

took 7days rest but was normally doing things around home,later after 7days i went to work,i had worked from morning 9 to 6pm,had to walk for 10mintues everyday from home to work,which i did said to the doctor but she said it was fine,i did experience a little prickly sensation later i had a abdominal pain a bit in the night but when i slept i would feel better,n the pain had gone.

the diebates was also under control. but when i came in 20week all of sudden in the night i had a very bad pain in my left leg which was uncontrollable,but after i laid on my bed it was fine,then i went to work normally as everythg was fine with me, when i went to office i felt like going to bathroom,i went to bathroom a bag or a balloon type of thing was popping out ,i sudden rushed to the hospital,the movement i went inside the hospital my water bag broke and my water bag leaked followed with full blood.

later i was told that its impossible to save my sweet little boy. after absovation they removed the stitch and give an induce later after 24hrs my sweet little angel boy had come out, me and my husband was under great shock after this as we had lost our second son too.

please help me out as i am really very distrusted, we want a kid an its been 8mths after this sad situation,pls help me for few questions:

can i try again after 2MC
should the Diebeties be under control for further pergancies too
what are the best ways to keep the baby safe after a surgery
kind informa a hospital or a specialist who knows abt the cervix cerlcage and can help us
