Loosing my baby

I was expecting my second child... when at my 15 weeks of pregnancy found out by an ultrasound my baby wasn't alive anymore, my baby's heart wasn't beating and he/she wasn't moving any more so I had a D&C done.. Although a month past already my heart and my soul are still in pain...My sister is pregnant, i was only 2 weeks ahead of her in the pregnancy...and i dont know how to overcome this situation, seeing her pregnant makes me happy for her and her baby but at the same time sad!
