Unicornuate uterus,,,need help and support

munmun421 - 08:00am Apr 28, 2012 EST

Hallow,
I am 29 year old, weight 66kg, height 5.1", trying to conceive from last 1and half year.My husband has no problem but doctor prescribe me letrol 2.5 mg, two times daily ,every month when it is my 2nd day of menstruation . this is my 4th cycle using letrol. every time my doctor told me my report is good(ovulation is okay, large follicles, day21, progesterone is also pregnancy ovulatory),but i found no positive result.I am very much upset . i never conceive earlier, this is also a reason for my hopelessness. There is no history of infertility in my family .

My husband's semen analysis is already done and
It was okay.

I am very confused and depressed again.
My infertility expert give me a HSG test last month . This month i did it . And the result is not good. i am writing about the report of the HSG test. please tell me if i can conceive or the possibility of my becoming mother . My doctor talk less and so i am not clear about the outcome.

The report says-
Uterus: A single spindle shaped uterine cavity lying to the left side of mid line with single fallopian tube with spillage.
Impression: Unicornuate unicolis uterus:small size a congenital anomaly.

My doctor just told me , i have a birth defect and it would take time to get pregnant. And told me to continue letrazol 2.5 mg from the 2nd day of my period.

Would You please help me to understood???
And please help me to know how long we have to try????

Helpless.
