Trouble

I had my daughter at 23+5 weeks during the birth we both were second away from death but a miracle saved us both i now have a healthy 2 year old. My partner and i are now ready to have another baby but im having trouble getting pregnant we have been trying for almost a year now and have had no luck except for a false positive. I need suggestions things that may help me fall pregnant i only want two kids but at the moment it seems that i will only have my daughter im losing hope... Help!!
