Volunteering in NY

I am currently back in NY.... my home town. After losing my baby boy, Dominic, I am so compelled to help and do whatever I can to support the work of this organization. I just don't know where to start or where to go here in NY. I live in Guilderland.... Albany County. So if anyone has any information, please share your ideas with me.

I live in Colorado, so I am not too familiar with the New York chapters. I did look up Albany county and found the following chapter Click here for Albany NY MoD chapter

Hi, I'm Darcy and I work for the March of Dimes.

I'm not sure where Albany County is, but you can look at the list below and see which office is closest. They should be able to send you a calendar of events as well as volunteer opportunities. Ask to talk to either the division director or whomever is in charge of volunteers.
